TeacherJobs.me is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group in Dubai for an experienced and dynamic Nursery Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to join a growing organisation with strong standards of early years education and child development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily nursery operations
- Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and UAE Early Years standards
- Manage and develop teaching and support staff
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding
- Oversee parent communication, enrolments, and retention
- Drive business growth and occupancy levels
- Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of all children and staff
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Nursery Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Leadership role
- Recognised Early Years qualification (CACHE Level 5 or above preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- Professional presentation and strong customer-facing skills
- Experience working within British EYFS framework preferred
- KHDA approval (or eligibility) is an advantage
