📐 The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Mathematics across Middle and High School (Grades 6–12 as required)
- Prepare students for MAP testing, SAT (where applicable), and High School Diploma pathways
- Plan differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Use assessment data to drive student progress
- Maintain high classroom expectations and positive behaviour management
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives
✅ Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field
- A Bachelor of Education or PGCE with QTS (teaching qualification required)
- Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience (American curriculum experience preferred)
- Experience teaching Algebra, Geometry, and higher-level Math (Pre-Calculus/Calculus desirable)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A current police clearance certificate
