The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS Framework
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that support early literacy and numeracy
- Monitor and assess pupil progress through observations and structured assessment
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain strong communication with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider Early Years team
- Uphold safeguarding and British curriculum standards
✅ Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Years or Primary) OR
- A Bachelor’s Degree plus PGCE with QTS
- Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience (British curriculum experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early child development
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Clear and confident English communication skills
- Current police clearance certificate
