TeacherJobs.me is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group in Dubai for a confident and professional Admissions Officer to join their front-facing team. This is a key client-facing role responsible for driving enrolments and delivering an exceptional parent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage nursery enquiries, tours, and enrolment processes
- Convert leads into confirmed student registrations
- Provide professional front-of-house service to parents and visitors
- Maintain accurate admissions records and CRM systems
- Support marketing initiatives and open days
- Liaise closely with Centre Managers and teaching teams
- Achieve enrolment and occupancy targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or education administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional presentation and positive attitude
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with targets and performance KPIs
- Experience within nursery or school environments preferred (not essential)
- Fluent English required (additional languages an advantage)
